Confuse-us™ began as a creative character concept. With a Printify Pop-Up store build, we brought those concepts from the pages of a book into a full merchandise line featuring apparel, mugs, posters, children’s products, and more — all managed under one easy store. The result is a polished, brand-consistent shop that monetizes creative character & concepts across multiple merch categories.

Who this program is for
This program is for business owners, service providers, and creators who have genuine relationships with authors, speakers, or content creators that may benefit from a custom merch store build with MerchForBooks. How referrals work
A referral is counted when:
--You introduce an author/creator to MerchForBooks via warm email, message, or in person, and
--They clearly identify you (by name or partner code) on their first contact or intake form with MerchForBooks, and
--They were not already an active lead or client in the MerchForBooks pipeline. No self-referrals
You cannot earn referral fees on your own projects or on projects owned by your own company or immediate household.Referral fee and discount
--When a referred author/creator signs up and pays for a qualifying paid build, they receive a 10% discount on the project fee.
--You earn a referral fee equal to 10% of the net project fee actually paid to MerchForBooks (after any discounts, adjustments, or refunds). When referral fees are paid
--Referral fees are paid only after the client has paid in full and any refund period has passed.
--Payouts are generally processed on a periodic basis (for example, monthly or Net-30 from final payment).
--Payments are made using the payout method you provide (such as PayPal). You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are accurate and up to date.Tracking and disputes
MerchForBooks will track referrals using names, partner codes, and internal records. In the event of conflicting claims, MerchForBooks will make a good-faith determination of which, if any, partner is credited, and that decision will be final.Taxes
Referral fees you receive may be considered taxable income. You are responsible for any tax reporting and payments required in your jurisdiction. MerchForBooks may request additional information (such as tax forms) if required by law.Program changes
MerchForBooks may update, pause, or discontinue the referral program, or change these terms, at any time. Any changes will apply to future referrals and will not affect referral fees already earned on completed, paid projects.Professional conduct
